2024 | Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club

The 2024 Jackson T. Stephens Cup, held at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club, once again showcased one of the strongest NCAA Division I golf fields in the country. Named in honor of the late Jackson T. Stephens, the prestigious event featured 54 holes of stroke play followed by an 18-hole match play finale to determine the team champions. Oklahoma State captured the men’s team title with a commanding 4-1 win over SMU, while top-ranked Arkansas edged Oregon 3-2 to win the women’s team championship. The event also crowned individual champions: William Sides of SMU, who triumphed in a playoff, and Wake Forest’s Carolina Chacarra, who led the women’s field from start to finish. Live coverage aired on GOLF Channel, further highlighting the tournament's elite stature.

This year’s competition welcomed six men’s and six women’s collegiate teams, including golf powerhouses such as Florida State, Oklahoma, Wake Forest, and South Carolina. In addition to team play, the tournament extended individual invitations to 12 golfers from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and U.S. Service Academies, continuing its commitment to inclusion and excellence. The Oklahoma State men were powered by standout performances from Eric Lee and Ethan Fang, while Arkansas’ women were anchored by Clarisa Temelo, Maria Jose Marin, and freshman Natalie Blonien’s clutch birdie on the 18th. With firm, fast conditions and a challenging layout, the 2024 Stephens Cup once again lived up to its reputation as one of college golf’s premier events.
